Dor Hemshech is the umbrella movement for the emerging generation of Zionist leadership, consisting of Jews around the world between the ages of 27-45. The mission of Dor Hemshech is to inspire and empower this generation, to facilitate its integration into the organisational framework of the World Zionist Movement and to catalyze new Zionist ideas. Dor Hemshech is supported by the Department for Zionist Activities of the World Zionist Organization.
The Department is dedicated to promoting the Zionist idea and the Zionist movement as vital elements of contemporary Jewish life. It strives to enhance the impact of Zionist ideology and activity in Jewish communities around the world by encouraging the growth and development of Zionist Federations, and by providing a variety of centralized services emanating out of Jerusalem.
